摘    要:目的]研究厌氧发酵沼渣液中重金属元素分布规律。方法]测定养猪业厌氧发酵沼渣液原液和沼液离心上清液中重金属含量,分析研究重金属在沼液的水固两相中的分布规律。结果]沼液中重金属含量很高,不能直接排放和作为农田灌溉水使用。经过简单的离心,上清液中重金属含量均有大幅下降,下降幅度分别为Zn91.84%,As73.18%,Cd47.64%,Cr94.53%,Cu93.52%,Ni59.43%,Mn95.77%,Pb100.00%。结论]去除沼液中悬浮物对去除重金属有很好的效果,可以作为沼液预处理步骤。

Study on Distribution Rules of the Heavy Metals in Anaerobic Fermentation Residue of Biogas

Abstract: Objective ] The research aimed to study distribution rules of the heavy metals in anaerobic fermentation residue of biogas. Method ] The contents of heavy metals in anaerobic fermentation residue of biogas and supernatant of the biogas slurry were measured to analyze distribution rules of the heavy metals in the anaerobic fermentation residue of biogas. Result ] The content of heavy metal in the biogas slurry was very high, and biogas slurry could not be discharged directly and used for agricultural irrigation. Via simple centrifugation, the contents of heavy metals in supernatant greatly declined, and decline magnitudes were respectively Zn of 91.84% ,As of 73.18% ,Cd of 47.64%, Cr of 94.53 %, Cu of 93.52%, Ni of 59.43 %, Mn of 95%. 77% and Pb of 100.00%. Conclusion] The removal of suspended solid in biogas slurry was helpful for removing heavy metal, which could be as pretreatment step of the biogas slurry.
