摘    要:针对三元复合驱油井结垢严重这一问题 ,分析了三元复合驱油井结垢机理 ,研制了FHE复合防垢剂。通过室内静态挂片试验和动态模拟试验检验了FHE复合防垢剂在不同含量下的防垢率。试验结果表明 :FHE复合防垢剂的最佳用量为 4.0~ 5 .0mg/L ,其防垢率达 92 .64 % ,完全满足油田生产实际需要

Abstract:The fouling mechanisms of the 3-element compound-dive well was analyzed and FHE compound fouling inhibitor was developed to deal with the severe fouling problem of the oil well. The fouling inhibition rate of the FHE fouling inhibitor was tested by laboratory static coupon testing and dynamic simulation. The results showed that the optimum dosage of the fouling inhibitor was 4.0~5.0 mg/L, whose fouling inhibition rate was 92.64%. It could be used in the oil production in the oil field.
