| 摘 要： | 本研究以刺槐体细胞分化、发育过程中采用的垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺电泳方法分析了不同类型的愈伤组织之间表现出的多态性,结果表明,酯酶同工酶和过氧化物同工酶可用来区分刺槐胚性与非胚性愈伤组织及绿色愈伤组织.

| Abstract: | The polymorphic patterns of different callus types were analyzed in the somatic cells differentiation and development of Robinia pseudoacacia L.by vertical plate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The result showed that the esterase isoenzyme and the peroxidase isoenzyme can be used to distinguish between the embryonic callus and non-embryogenic callus. |
