| 摘 要： | 超声内镜(EUS)是将内镜和超声两种图像技术相结合的新型检查方法。EUS能提供高分辨率的胰腺实质、导管及其邻近组织的图像,对胰腺疾病的诊断有着较高的特异度和灵敏度,是诊断胰腺疾病的一种有效的影像学方法。近年来,随着EUS引导下细针穿刺(EUS-FNA)诊断和治疗技术的日臻完善,在胰腺疾病的诊断和治疗方面更是取得了重要的进展。

| Abstract: | Abstract：Endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS) means that in the prior of endoscopy install a high-frequency probe.EUS can provide us with high-resolution image of the pancreas，the nearby structure，and it is an effective imaging modality for the diagnosis of pancreatic disease with a high specificity and sensitivity.In recent years，EUS have acquired more important progression in the diagnosis and interventional treatment of pancreatic disease with the improving of the EUS-guided fine needle aspiration. |
