摘    要:根据异步电动机的矢量控制原理,推导了高速电主轴矢量控制固有机械特性曲线的数学表达式,据此分析了高速电主轴转速闭环矢量控制在负载条件下的调速机理,得出转速闭环矢量控制通过调节同步转速使电主轴工作在互不相同但互相平行的固有机械特性曲线上,从而获得优良的静动态性能的结论。为了验证理论分析的正确性,根据高速电主轴的矢量控制方程,建立了一个带转矩内环的转速、磁链闭环矢量控制系统模型。基于此模型,对额定转速为15000转的170MD15Y20型高速电主轴进行了闭环矢量控制加载仿真,仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:Based on the vector control theory of induction motors,this paper derives the mathematical formula of the inherent mechanical characteristic curve of high-speed motorized spindles,then analyzes the speed regulation mechanism of the spindle under speed-closed-loop vector control when load changes,and concludes conclusion that excellent dynamic performance can be obtained by controlling the synchronous speed properly to make the spindle work on different,but mutually parallel,inherent mechanical characteristic curves.To test the correctness of the analysis,a model of a speedand flux-closed-loop vector control system with a inner torque-closed loop was established according to the vector control equations.Finally,the model was used for loading simulation of a 170MD15Y20 high-speed motorized spindle and the results attested correctness of the presented analysis.
