| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同护理途径对高龄围转子间骨折患者的影响。方法将58例高龄围转子间骨折患者随机分为两组,设置整体护理组和传统护理组,分别采用最新的整体护理方法和传统护理方法,通过患者恢复情况、住院天数以及患者满意度等指标,比较两种护理方式的优劣。结果采用整体护理的患者较传统护理的恢复情况好、住院天数短,且患者满意度要高。结论护理方法有必要随着手术方法和技术的改进而改进,科学健康的护理能够帮助患者早日恢复健康,减轻病痛。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the influences of different ways to treat intertrochanteric fractures in Elderly Patients. MethodsThe 58 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was using the latest holistic nursing method and the control group was using the traditional nursing methods.At last,compare the two nursing ways with pros and cons through the three indexes of "Recovery","Admission day" and "Patient satisfaction". ResultsThe patients of the experimental group got a better recovery,a shorter admission day and a higher satisfaction,compared with the control group. ConclusionNursing methods should improve with the improvement of surgical methods and technologies.A scientific and healthy nursing method can help patients recover soon and alleviate suffering. |
