汽车起动电机试验台测控系统设计

摘    要:介绍了以工业计算机为核心,基于Labwidows CVI开发平台的汽车起动电机试验台测控系统的硬件及软件结构。该系统可根据试验参数的设置,对多种型号的汽车起动电机进行高效率、高精度的性能试验。该系统使用交流电力测功机实现直接转矩加载,同时控制多路气缸配合,实现多种工况的切换及试验过程的自动控制和实时故障报警。

Abstract:The test and control system of bench for automobile start motor get the industry control computer as core.The hardware and software to be developed with Labwidows CVI can be used to test different start motor efficiently and accurately with different parameters.It can apply direct torque load to the motor with AC dynometer and can control several valves to change the work situation automatically.It can give the alarm with any fault form the bench in time.
