| 摘 要： | 目的:观察腹部九转按摩法对骨质疏松性腰椎压缩骨折的疗效。方法:62例患者按照纳入标准收住院,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组31例。对照组严格卧床休息,鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂和口服碳酸钙D3片;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加以腹部九转按摩法治疗。结果:2组患者VAS量表和Owesity功能障碍指数(ODI)治疗前后比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:腹部九转按摩法可以有效的缓解老年腰椎压缩骨折患者的疼痛症状和功能障碍。

Random Control Research of Abdomen Massage on Treatment of Osteoporosis Lumbar Vertebral Compression Fractures |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the abdomen Nine-turn massage method for osteoporotic patients with osteoporotic lumbar vertebral compression fractures to improve the pain degree of influence,to explore the treatment of osteoporosis lumbar vertebral compression fractures.Methods:62 patients were distributed to observe group and control group random according to diagnostic criteria,the control group was treat by medicine and rest on bed;observe group was treat by abdominal massage besides medicine.Observation:Using VAS scale and Owesity dysfunction index (ODI),compare the score changes in patients before and after treatment.Results:adopt their own t test before and after the treatment,the VAS scale and Owesity disability index (ODI) has statistical significance.Conclusion:Abdominal Nine-turn massage method can effectively relieve the pain symptoms and dysfunction of patients with lumbar vertebral compression fractures. |
