高速铁路路基模型列车振动荷载模拟

摘    要:针对高速铁路轨道-路基实尺试验模型提出了列车振动荷载模拟装置,该装置由反力架、作动器及分配梁等组成。参照实尺模型,建立了轨道-路基三维有限元数值模型,以运行速度为350km/h的CRH380型动车组、CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道为研究对象,计算并分析了列车移动荷载加载和作动器加载时路基的竖向动应力和竖向动位移,结果表明采用作动器联动加载可较好地模拟列车动力荷载。为获得动力加载时程曲线,采用数值模型建立相邻车厢的两个相邻转向架经过轨道时扣件点反力时程曲线,结合分配梁体系的传力特性和MTS伺服加载试验机对输入时程曲线的要求,通过对扣件点反力时程曲线进行叠加和傅里叶变换得到了作动器的输入时程曲线。

Abstract:Device to simulate train vibration load was presented aiming at track-subgrade full size testing model of high-speed railway, it included reaction frame, actuator and loading distributing beam.3-D finite element model of the track-subgrade was establisbed based on the testing model by considering the condition that the speed of CRH380 train moving on CRTSⅡ slab ballastless track was 350km per hour and wheel load was 85kN.Vertical dynamic stress and dynamic displacement produced by actuator load and train moving load were compared and effect of actuator of simulating vibration load by train was validated well. Load-time curve of fastener exported was gained by FEM while the adjacent bogie of different bogie was passing. Then in view of requirement of MTS servo load machine and characteristic of distributing system for transferring load, ultimate load-time curve importing to actuator was received by superposition and fourier transform.
