摘    要:通过镜检发现,川芎叶片在离体培养下的发育途径为形成体细胞胚。在体细胞胚的子叶、胚轴和胚根上,都可以继续产生次级胚状体,其中体细胞胚的胚轴上较早出现次级胚状体,而且数目也最多。次级胚状体的形成又影响了体细胞胚的成苗数。在相同的基本培养基上诱导体细胞胚成苗时,附加的激素组合中,由于细胞分裂素的种类不同,诱导产生的苗数及生物产量也不同,差异十分显著。光质效应与培养基中的激素组成虽有一定的交互作用,但在4种不同培养基上,除绿光对器官发生有明显的抑制作用外,其他光质对器官发生的影响无明显差别。

Abstract:Our observation with microscope have showed the developmental way that belongs to the leaf of Ligusticum wallichii in vitro and is the formation of somatic embryo from the leaf explants. Many second embryiods are formed from the cotyledon, plu-mular axis and the radical of the somatic embryo. The second embryoids from the plumular axis of the somatic embryo are formed earlier. They get most number among all the second embryoids. The formation of the second embryoids influences on the number of the formation shoot. On the same basic medium the shoots are induced from the somatic embryoids, however, the different types of cytokinin in the hormonal combination significantly influence on biomass and the number of the shoot. Between the light quality effect and the hormonal component there is a little coaction, but-we have observed that the green light obviously inhibits organogenesis on four dif. ferent mediums and the other light not significantly influences on the organogenesis.
