| 摘 要： | 综述了与保湿相关的皮肤生理学理论,包括皮肤各个层面的含水量及皮肤各层对保湿起关键作用的结构和组成。同时提出了针对不同皮肤保湿途径的解决方案,包括通过外源性补充角质层屏障的成分、结构或功能的快速保湿及针对角质屏障形成过程的靶点保湿机理。

| Abstract: | The physiologic theories related to skin moisturization have been reviewed, including the water content at each layer of the skin and those structures and compositions that play key roles in moisturization. The solutions of moisturization for different skin types were also proposed, such as supplying the stratum corneum barrier with exogenous components, rapid moisturization structurally or functionally, and target moisturization according to the mechanism of formation of stratum corneum barrier. |
