摘    要:为研究现场混装炸药爆炸产生的有毒气体含量,以多孔粒状铵油炸药为试验对象,将改装后的炸药试样在爆炸箱测试装置内常压下引爆,研究影响有毒气体产生量的因素,建立有毒气体常压测试方法。结果表明: 填充石英砂至覆盖住受试药卷后,有毒气体产生量最低且趋于稳定。保证其他条件相同,增加起爆药量或多孔粒状铵油炸药装药量在一定范围内可使有毒气体产生量降低,改变装药直径也会导致有毒气体产生量发生变化。最终确立了该方法下最佳试验条件。

Abstract:In order to study the content of toxic gas produced by explosion of mixed explosives on site, porous granular ammonium explosives were used as the test object. The modified explosive samples were detonated under normal pressure in JC-BN-500G explosion box test device to study the factors affecting the production of toxic gas, and a test method for toxic gases at atmospheric pressure was established. Results show that, after filling quartz sand to cover the test drug volume, the toxic gas content is the lowest and tends to be stable. Under the same other conditions, increase of explosive amount or porous granular ammonium explosive charge could reduce toxic gas content within a certain range. Diameter change of the charge will also lead to the change of toxic gas content. The best test conditons under this method are finally established.
