| 摘 要： | 目的探讨运用小切口开放手术结合术后功能训练治疗单纯腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法2004年2月-2005年2月我科运用小切口开放手术结合术后功能训练治疗单纯腰椎间盘突出症患者共53例，观察其，临床效果。结果术后患者均恢复良好，随访期内未见复发病例。结论小切口开放手术结合术后功能训练是治疗单纯腰椎间盘突出症的较好方法。
