摘    要:本文主要阐述精密步进滚珠丝杠副的工作原理、结构设计、制造工艺及精度检验.本文阐述的步进滚珠丝杠副已应用于北京质子加速器的束流测量系统中.步距为055mm;步距精度为0.01mm;步进速度为6mm/s.该滚珠丝杠副是双螺母外循环方式的,循环组数为1组2.5圈.丝杠直径为20.5mm;导程为5mm;滚珠直径为3,175mm;定位精度为4.7μm;复位精度为2.0μm.

Abstract:This paper describes the working theory, construction design, technology rules and inspection accuracy of the precision stepper ball screw nut. The stepper ball screw nut has been used in a beam monitor system of Beijing proton synchrotron. The step is 0.5mm;the step accuracy 0.01mm;the step velocity 6mm/s.The screw nut is of double nut tube type which is single tube 2.5 circuits. The screw shaft diameter is 20.5mm;the lead 5mm;the ball diameter 3.175mm;the position accuracy 4.7μm;the repeat position accuracy 2.0μm.
