VC环境下数控系统与上位机的通讯实现

摘    要:在给出上位机与数控系统进行通信的一般原理的基础上,以台湾亿图公司的HUST数控系统(HUSTCNC)为例,介绍了通过利用微软的ActiveX控件MSComm,在VC 编程环境下实现上位机与数控系统通信的方法。实践证明,该方法简单可靠,可移植性强,可以应用于工业中需要串行通信的领域。

Abstract:Based on general theory of communication between super-computer and CNC, this papertakes HUST Series an example to introduce realization method of communication betweensuper-computer and controlled devices in CNC system by using Microsoft CommunicationControl under the environment of VC . Field-testing proves the method is simple, reliableand easy to transplant, and it can be apply to industrial fields that need serial communication.
