摘    要:为确保海上风力机支撑结构的安全,设计了4种型式的防护装置。建立了有防护装置的3 MW风力机与船舶碰撞的模型,通过LS-DYNA模拟船舶以不同速度撞击风力机塔架,研究了碰撞过程中有防护装置塔架的动力响应特性,并将其与常规塔架进行对比。结果表明:无防护的塔架变形较大且迅速超过材料屈服极限;在1 m/s、2 m/s、3 m/s速度下,A型防护装置的结构变形能分别是无防护装置的22.13%、23.80%和42.58%,最大接触力是无防护装置的54.38%、54.95%、63.92%;组合型防护装置对风力机响应的抑制效果更好。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety of supporting structures, 4 types protective devices were designed. A 3 MW wind turbine and ship collision model of monopole foundation was established based on conceptual design of the protective devices. Through LS-DYNA simulation of collision between ship with different impact velocities and wind turbine towers, dynamic response of tower with protective device in the collision processes was proposed and compared with that of conventional tower. The results show that without protective device, the towers in impacts have a big deformation, and stress will soon exceed the yield limit of material; compared with no protection device when the velocity of ship is as 1 m/s, 2 m/s, 3 m/s, structure deformations with type A protection device are 22.13%, 23.80% and 42.58%, and the maximum contact forces with type A protection devices are 54.38%, 54.95% and 63.92% respectively; combined protective devices have a better inhibitory effectiveness of wind turbine response.
