| 摘 要： | 介绍了一60万锅炉构架由于荷载分布估计错误而采取的加固措施．在本锅炉构架基本完成安装时，又对锅炉构架进行了全面的结构计算，发现本锅炉构架有些构件稳定性不足，而许多节点本身的稳定性也存在问题．对节点采用了板作模型用有限元进行了层由分析，提出了两个节点加固方案，通过有限元分析得到了承载力较高的方案．

| Abstract: | This paper present the reinforcing method of gusset plates of vertical braces in a boiler frame of a 600 kW power station. Two reinforcing techniques were presented, finite element plate buckling analyses were carried out for the unstrengthened joint and the two strengthened joint models to find out a reinforcing technique with a high buckling strength. |
