| 摘 要： | 目的]了解医生的吸烟相关行为和控烟能力,为制定干预策略提供依据。方法]按照多阶段抽样的方法,对1501名医院的一线医生进行问卷调查。结果]总吸烟率为24.18%,现在吸烟率为18.52%;其中男性吸烟率为33.99%,外科医生吸烟率为30.03%;有59.57%的吸烟医生在上班时会吸烟;有84.27%的医生会主动询问病人的吸烟情况;但仅有2.18%的医生给病人使用过戒烟药物;多因素分析显示:性别、工作年限、文化程度、职称与医生的吸烟行为有关。结论]医生的吸烟状况较为严重,难以起到表率作用,加强医生的控烟行为和技能培训是推动医生控烟行为的重要环节。
