小江水电站机组增容改造探讨

摘    要:广西合浦水库小江电站经多年运行后机组老化,出力下降。为此,结合大修进行更新改造。经过多方案比较,决定更换发电机定子线圈、绝缘,更换2号主变。利用冬季枯水期对电站2^#,3^#机组进行改造,总费用66万元。改造后,机组效率提高,增加出力400kW以上,2年即可回收全部投资,且延长机组使用寿命20年以上。

Abstract:After many years of operation,the aged generators of Xiaojiang Hydropower Station at Hupu reservoir of Guangxi have lowering output.Upgrade was implemented combined with overhaul.After comparison between alternatives,it was determined to replace the generator stator winding and insulation of unit 2 and unit 3 as well as No.2 main transformer during winter,the dry period,at a total cost of 660 thousand yuan.The technical upgrade renders higher unit efficiency and output increase of more than 400kW,with the i...
