奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎疗效研究

比较奥曲肽与常规治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法：55例急性胰腺炎（重型11例、水肿型44例）分为两组，对照组28例为常规治疗，治疗组27例同时用奥曲肽0．1mg加入5％葡萄糖注射液250ml静脉滴注，98h，或奥曲肽0．1mg皮下注射，q8h，均至腹痛消失，血尿淀粉酶恢复正常停药。结果：急性水肿型胰腺炎腹痛消失，血、尿淀粉酶，体温恢复时间联用药组较对照组短，治疗急性重症胰腺炎时，奥曲肽组的手术率、并发症发生率、死亡率较常规治疗组明显降低。结论：奥曲肽为主的内科治疗对急性重症胰腺炎有较好的疗效，能降低其并发生症发生率和病死率。

Study of curative effects of octreotide in treating acute pancreatitis

Objective To compare the curative effects of acute pancreatitis with octreotide and routine treatment.Methods 55 cases of acute pancreatitis(severe type in 11,edematous type in 44)were divided into 2 groups.The control group in 28 were routine treatment.The octoreotide group in 27 were given simultaneously 0.1mg octreotide in 5% glucose injection 250ml,iv drip,q8h,or with octreot q8h.The patients of the 2 groups stopped the therapy when all the symptoms had disappeared and the amylases in blood and urine had turned to be normal.Results The time of abdominal pain disappeared and of amylases in blood and urine,body temperature recovered of acute edematous pancreatitis was shorter compared with the control group.When the acute severe pancreatitis was treated,the operative rate,the incidence rate of complications and the mortality of the group of octreotide were reduced obviously compared with the routine treatment group.Conclusion The comprehensive treatments of octreotide have better curative effects to acute severe pancreatitis and can reduce the incidence rate of complications and the mortality of it.
