| 摘 要： | 建立中国居民消费能力综合评价指标体系,评价各地区综合消费能力大小,分析各地区居民消费能力的变异系数,并在此基础上构建消费能力的洛伦茨曲线,给出了基于人口不等分的消费基尼系数计算方法。对2008-2011年中国居民消费支出数据进行分析,并与多项式法计算消费基尼系数进行比较。结果表明:变异系数与消费基尼系数的相关系数达到0.993,消费基尼系数的设计是合理的;中国三个区域的消费差异有所不同,东部地区的消费基尼系数最大,中部地区的消费基尼系数最小,西部地区的消费基尼系数介于两者之间。

| Abstract: | T his paper establishes resident consumption ability index system to evaluate 31provinces＇comprehensive consumption capacity , analyze their coefficient of variation ; based on this , build consumption ability Lorenz and propose the concept of consumption Gini coefficient ,given four kinds of calculation methods .Use 2008-2011 China＇s resident consumption expenditure data for statistical analysis , the results showed that ： there is a strong positive correlation between variation coefficient and consumption Gini coefficient , the correlation coefficient reaches 0 .993 , w hich means our design of consumption Gini coefficient is reasonable .In recent years ,the countrywide consumption Gini coefficient has a decreasing trend ,but three regional consumption differences are very different ,eastern part has maximum consumption Gini coefficient ,central region＇s is the minimum ,and the western part＇s Gini coefficient is between them . |
