| 摘 要： | 目的了解深圳市宝安区丙型肝炎（丙肝）流行趋势。方法整理分析2007～2010年5月宝安区丙肝的疫情报告资料。结果宝安区丙肝3年报告平均发病率为7.5/10万,2007～2009年丙肝年发病数呈逐年上升趋势,丙肝发病率也逐年上升,发病有明显的性别差异,以男性为主,发病人群的年龄主要以20～45岁为主,75岁以上老年人丙肝发病率明显高于其他年龄组。职业分布以做家务及待业者和工人为主。结论目前深圳市宝安区丙肝发病处于较高水平,应注重阻断静脉吸毒、性传播、医源性等途径的丙肝病毒传播,加强相关的健康知识宣传。
