| 摘 要： | 采用精子凝集试验、固相酶法和ELISA法对102对不明原因的不孕症夫妇进行了血清中的抗精子抗体检测。结果发现,不明原因的不孕症夫妇血清抗精子抗体阳性检出率为43.5％。明显地高于生育组(5.6％),P<0.01。三种检测方法中,ELISA 法敏感度较高,是检测抗精子抗体较为理想的方法。

| Abstract: | In this study, antisperm antibodies in the serum of 102 infertile couples were determined with sperm agglutination test, solid phase method, and ELISA. The results show positive detectable rate in men and women with infertility of unknown casue was 43. 5%, which was higher than that in the fertile couples (5. 6%). Of the 3 methods mentioned above, the sensitivity of ELISA was significantly superior to the other two methods. From the foregoing it follows that ELISA is a sensitive method for determination of the anti sperm antibody. In addition, it is easy to perform. |
