| 摘 要： | 目的:评价刺五加叶皂甙对实验性Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠心肌病变影响。方法:于Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠胃饲刺五加叶皂甙8周,观察血糖,心肌LPO的含量。结果:刺五加叶皂甙能明显降低实验性Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的高血糖,降低糖尿病大鼠心肌LPO的含量。结论:刺五加叶皂甙能清除氧自由基,改善Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠心肌病变。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the effects of Ass on cardiomyopathy in experimental NIDDM rats. Methods: We observed the blood glucose and the content of LPO in the rats?myocardial cells after the NIDDM rats were poured with Ass into the stomach for 8 weeks. Results: Ass could decrease dramatically hyperglycemia of NIDDM rats and the content of LPO in NIDDM rats?myocardial cells. Conclusions: Ass can eliminate free radical and treat the cardiomypathic changes in NIDDM rats. |
