啤酒发酵过程监控系统研究

摘    要:啤酒的发酵是一个复杂的生物化学反应过程。针对啤酒发酵过程受许多干扰因素的影响,具有大惯性、大滞后和严重的非线性特性,以及过程对自动监控系统的要求,引入以被调变量的偏差和偏差的变化趋势为依据的模糊智能控制算法,设计了啤酒发酵过程监控系统,并讨论了系统工程的软硬件实现的问题。系统的实际运行效果表明,该系统算法适应性和灵活性强,控制精度较高,运行效果理想,发酵过程动态特性好,啤酒生产波动小,啤酒质量稳定。

Abstract:The fermentation of beer is a complicated process of biochemical reaction and the fuzzy intelligent control algorithm is presented. The algorithm is based on adjusted object deviation and tendency of deviation and aimed at the process factors interference of beer fermentation, serious inertia, lagging and nonlinear characters and its demand to automatically monitor system. The automatic monitoring system is also designed and the realization of hardware and software is discussed. The system physical running effect tests that the system is excellent in the algorithm's adaptability and flexibility, controlling precision, working effect, process character of dynamic state. Thus the quality of beer is stable and there is little fluctuation in production.
