| 摘 要： | 2例女性脑后部可逆性脑病综合征(PRES)分别为孕妇及系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者。临床以突发头痛、子痫、癫痫发作、意识障碍及视觉障碍为特点,CT及MRI示多发病灶主要位于双侧顶枕叶皮质下白质内,呈低密度及长T1长T2信号区,增强无强化。行快速降压、脱水、调整免疫抑制剂及激素的使用、抗惊厥及支持治疗,症状1周左右消失,SLE遗留视力模糊。随访MRI显示病灶消失,SLE枕叶见片状梗死灶。 |

| Abstract: | Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome(PRES) is a clinico-neuroradiological transient condition.The data of two women with PRES were reviewed with one case of eclampsia and one of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).It demonstrated multiple subcortical white edema lesions located in bilateral parietooccipital,frontal and post temporal lobes.Clinical symptoms were characterized by headache,altered mental status,seizures,and visual disturbances.After treatment of controlling blood pressure,dehydration,utilization of immuno-depression agents and corticosteroid therapy,the symptoms were basically controlled in a week.Edema disappeared in follow-up MRI exams.PRES were considered as benign and complete reversible syndromes after effective therapy without delay. |
