| 摘 要： | 针对市场经济条件下女大学生在就业环节中遭受性别歧视日益突出这一社会问题．从社会心理学角度，分析了大学生就业环节中的性别歧视现象及其发生的基本原因，提出了预防和处置大学生就业中性别歧视现象的心理学对策。

| Abstract: | Presendy discrimination against female college students on employment has already aroused the government and society attention. Aiming at this social problem which is more and more serious, this paper analyses the essential reasons of gender discrimination in college studentg employment from a social -psychological point of view, and puts forward a psychological countermeasure to prevent and solve the gender discrimination in college studentg employment. |
