| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨完全性左束支传导阻滞(CLBBB)与冠状动脉病变部位的关系。方法:回顾分析2704例冠状动脉造影患者的资料,对伴有CLBBB的48例患者的冠状动脉造影结果与同期选择96例非CLBBB患者的资料进行分析。结果:CLBBB组中17例(35.4%)诊断为冠心病,其中左前降支病变16例(94.1%),左回旋支病变9例(52.9%),右冠状动脉病变11例(64.7%)。但病变狭窄程度与病变部位无关。而非CLBBB组中有25例(26.0%)被诊断为冠心病。结论:冠心病患者CLBBB的出现可能与左前降支病变有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the relationship between chronic complete left bundle branch block(CLBBB)and lesion sites of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:Retrospectively analyzing the data of a total of 2704 patients underwent selective coronary angiography.The CLBBB group consisted of 48 patients with CLBBB.The other 96 cases without CLBBB randomly selected from the whole group were a control group.Results:Of 17 patients(35.4%) in the CLBBB group were diagnosed as CHD.The lesions lied in left anterior descending branch for 16 patients(94.1%),left circumflex branch for 9 cases(52.9%)and right coronary artery for 11 patients(64.7%),respectively.The control group included 25 cases(52.1%) with CHD.Conclusion:The electrocardiographic CLBBB in patients with CHD might be concerned with lesion of left anterior descending branch. |
