基层公立医院绩效管理模式的探索与实践

摘    要:文章分析了基层公立医院绩效管理措施及其效果,从人力资源的配置、绩效考核基本单元的确定、绩效考核指标的设计、运行指标的调控等方面加强医院绩效管理,使医院的公益性得到进一步体现,员工的积极性明显提高,民众的健康权益得以维护,实现医院、员工与民众的共赢。

Abstract:The performance management measures and its corresponding effectiveness in primary state-owned hospitals were analyzed in the paper. Some performance management measures,which included allocation of manpower,determination of basic unit of performance evaluation,establishment and control of performance evaluation index,were practiced.The goals of reflecting pro bono character of hospital,raising employees'incentive to work,protecting people's health were realized.
