| 摘 要： | 针对包装机在纠偏控制中存在的问题,开发了基于89C51单片机的控制系统.通过对枕式包装机工作原理的分析,详细介绍了该系统的硬件和软件设计. 系统采用步进电机直接驱动横封装置,使枕式包装机在高速生产过程中,实现精确定位.

| Abstract: | A Deviation Auto-Rectifying System based on 89C51 singlechip had been developped to solve the rectifing problems of pillow packaging machine. The working principle of pillow type packaging machine was analyzed and system design was introduced. Step motor was used in the system to drive traverse seal mechanism directly, and exact positioning of the pillow type packaging machine was realized in high speed process of production. |
