摘    要:对采用设计化学成分制备的Al-Zn轴瓦合金进行显微组织观察、能谱分析和力学特性测试。结果表明:在合金化学成分设计的质量分数范围内,在Al-Zn-Cu基体表面分布着Mg2Si、CuAl2、S(Al2MgCu)相、Pb相、Sn相和Al(6MnSiFe)相;合金铸锭经过500℃×6 h均匀化处理、轧制和300℃×1 h退火处理后,其抗拉强度为180~205 MPa,伸长率为16%~18%,显微硬度为54.7HV。

Abstract:The chemical composition of Al-Zn bush alloy was selected,and the microstructures observation,EDS and mechanical properties test of the prepared Al-Zn alloy were carried out.It is shown that,when the alloy composition is within its designed mass fraction,the phases of Mg2Si,CuAl 2,S(Al2Mg Cu),Pb,Sn and Al6(MnSiFe) distributes in the matrix of Al-Zn-Cu.After the homogenization treatment of 500 ℃×6 h,rolling and 300 ℃×1 h annealing,the ultimate tensile strength is 180 to 205 MPa,the elongtation rate is 16% to 18% and the microhardness(HV) is 54.7.
