| 摘 要： | 目的观察倍他乐克在尿毒症合并慢性心力衰竭治疗中的治疗作用。方法将48例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,治疗组24例,在常规抗心力衰竭治疗基础上加用倍他乐克;对照组24例,以利尿剂、强心剂、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)/(ARB)为基础的治疗。均维持治疗4个月,观察心率、BNP、超声心动图指标变化、6分钟步行试验等指标。结果治疗组心心率降低、左室射血分数增加,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论倍他乐克能显著改善尿毒症合并慢性心力衰竭患者的心脏功能。
