大位移双向拉绳式速度传感器

摘    要:火炮大行程运动部件速度测量常采用单向拉绳式传感器,由于其频响低而使得它的应用受到了限制.为了改变这种现状,针对传统速度传感器依靠卷簧所引起的低频响缺陷,采用无弹簧方式设计并研制了大位移双向拉绳式速度传感器,给出了传感器电磁感应工作原理和利用测速电机作为速度敏感元件的工作方式,选择一门高炮自动机和一门火炮后坐部分为测量对象,通过自动机闩体运动速度测量和火炮后坐部分运动速度测量完成了速度传感器原理验证和工程应用.结果表明,该速度传感器能满足火炮运动部件测量要求.

Abstract:The velocity measurement of the gun moving assembly with large displacement commonly made use of the pulling rope type velocity sensor in one-direction.Because of its low frequency response,its application was limited.In order to change this present situation,aimed at the disadvantage of the low frequency response of traditional sensor resulted from winding spring,a kind of pulling rope type velocity sensor with large displacement in double-direction was developed by use of non-spring design mode.The working principle based on the electromagnetic induction and the working process with the aid of taking measuring speed motor as a sensing element were given.Selecting the automatic mechanism of an antiaircraft gun and the recoiling parts of a howitzer as the measuring targets,by means of the velocity measurements of the automatic mechanism breech movement and the recoiling parts,the principle validation and the engineering application of the velocity sensor were performed.The results showed that the functions of the velocity sensor can meet the requirements of the velocity measurement of the gun system moving assembly.
