吸入布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效研究

目的 对吸入布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效进行研究,为临床治疗支气管哮喘提供依据.方法 对我院选取的2008年1月至2011年1月86例支气管哮喘患者的治疗情况进行回顾性分析,在86例患者中两组,43例患者只进行了常规治疗,另外43例患者在常规治疗的基础上给与吸入布地奈德治疗,对两组治疗方法的临床效果和不良反应进行记录,对数据进行统计分析.结果 通过临床试验发现,两组患者在治疗后的临床症状都有所改善,观察组的总有效率达到93.02％,对照组的总有效率为69.77％,两组的临床效果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 吸入布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效良好,可以缩短病程,快速改善临床症状,且无严重的不良反应,值得临床推广应用.

Inhalation of budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma clinical study

Objective inhaled budesonide for the treatment of bronchial asthma clinical research,in order to provide the basis of clinical treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods The hospital selected in January 2008 January 2011 86 cases of bronchial asthma treatment were retrospectively analyzed two groups of 86 patients,43 patients had conventional therapy only,the other 43 patients in the conventional treatment given on the basis of inhaled budesonide therapy on the clinical effects of two treatments and adverse reactions recorded,the data for statistical analysis.Results Clinical trials found that patients in both groups after treatment have improved the clinical symptoms observed group of the total efficiency of 93.02% in the control group,the total effective rate 69.77%,the clinical effects of the two groups significantly different(P <0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion budesonide inhalation treatment of bronchial asthma clinical efficacy is very good,you can shorten the course,the rapid improvement of clinical symptoms,and no serious adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical application.
