基于红外区截法的高炮射弹初速测量技术研究

摘    要:针对高炮初速闭环校射中炮弹初速测量的需要,研究了利用红外区截法实现高炮射弹初速实时随动测量技术。在炮口后效区设置两个相邻的光电靶,利用炮弹出炮口飞行时对红外线信号的遮挡效应,检测炮弹经过两个光电靶的时刻,经过解算得到射弹的炮口初速。经外场实弹射击试验证明,该技术可在后效区内实现射弹初速测量。

Abstract:In allusion to the requirement of projectile muzzle velocity measurement for muzzle velocity closed-loop shoot emendation of antiaircraft artillery,the real-time and follow up measurement technology of projectile muzzle velocity of antiaircraft artillery is researched by infrared region method.Two neighbor photoelectricity butts are fixed in the muzzle aftereffect region,the infrared ray shelter effect when projectile flights off from the muzzle is utilized,the time of projectile fly through the two photoelectricity butts is detected,the projectile muzzle velocity can be measured by calculation.It has been proved through ball firing experimentation at outfield that the projectile muzzle velocity in aftereffect region can be measured by the technology in the paper.
