| 摘 要： | 弹链是有链式供弹火炮射击时的重要环节,弹链脱弹力的大小直接影响内能源自动炮的射速工作的可靠性.通过对开式弹链的脱弹工作过程分析,建立了弹链力学模型和物理方程,通过弹链脱弹力的几何分析与力学计算,得出弹链节开口尺寸和材料厚度对弹链脱弹力大小的影响规律,并以某舰炮弹链为例,应用调整弹链节开口尺寸的方法,满足了脱弹力的研制要求.该方法可为同类型开式弹链的研究所借鉴.

| Abstract: | Ammunition chain is very important in the gun firing process of chain gun.The pull-off-force of the chain influences the firing speed and reliability of internally powered gun.People set up mechanical models and physical equations,put up the work of geometrical analysis and physical calculation,and know how the open size of chain unit and material thickness influence the pull-off-force.In the research of the chain of some type of internal-energy gun,researchers adopt the method of adjusting the open size of chain unit,which meets the requirements of pull-off-force and can be used for reference on other open chains of some type. |
