摘    要:“窜”“漏”是调整井固井存在的主要问题,严重时,环空水泥浆被完全冲蚀,甚至造成井壁坍塌,严重影响着固井质量。根据防窜理论、结合水化历程对环空水泥浆水窜机理进行了综合分析,得出了水泥浆过渡状态是防窜最薄弱的环节。并提出了“低滤失、高内聚阻力、短过滤、高早强、微膨胀的防窜思路,据此研制出新型固井防窜外加刑J-2B。现场应用表明,J-2B是一种性能优异、有效的低温浅层调整井固井防窜外加剂产品,现已固井200余口,优质率达90%。

Abstract:Water channeling and cement losses are frequently encountered during cementing the adjustment wells. Comprehensive analysis reveals that water channeling is most likely to take place during transition between initial set and final set. Thus shorten the transition is important especially in shallow well cementing. J-2B is developed to reduce filtration, raise inner resistance and shortenthe transition of cement slurry. High early strength and minimum swelling were obtained in field tests.
