系统级可测试性设计的研究

摘    要:本文提出了一个系统级可测试性设计的方法,根据系统的功能行为描述和实际系统实现的明显区分,将与系统实现独立的测试要求溶入到该描述中,按照一定规则对系统进行分块,在此基础上采用内建自测试和增加测试功能块,从而改善系统的测试环境,提高测试效率。该方法可实现系统设计和系统可测试性设计的同步进行。

Abstract:Based on a clear separation between the implementation independent system specification and the actual hardware software system implementation, this paper presents an approach to the system level design for testability. The system level test requirements are added to the specification. The partitioning criteria of minimum dependence between modules, test functionality and built in self test are used to improve the controllability and the observability. The approach is not blurred by the implementation details of the system hardware and software and can enable the designer to focus on the design for testabitility. The system design and system level design for testability can be developed synchronally
