| 摘 要： | 江苏丘陵山区面积广阔，资源丰富，特色鲜明，是全省的一个重要组成部分。丘陵山区经济社会发展水平在相当程度上影响江苏全面建设更高水平小康社会的进程。因此，丘陵山区要在十七大精神指引下深入贯彻落实科学发展观，采取多种新型方式合理开发并科学利用优势资源，进一步加强基础设施建设，科学发展特色经济，加快建设更高水平的小康社会。

| Abstract: | As an essential part of its terrictory,Jiangsu's hilly and mountainous areas are extensive and resourceful.The economic and social development level of these areas,to a certain extent,affects the process of building all Jiangsu into a better-off society.Therefore,these areas should hold the scientific view of development in line with the spirit of 17th CPC National Congress,adopt new ways to develop reasonably and use scientifically their resources,further strengthen their infrastructural construction,scientifically develop their economy,and accelerate the building of a better-off society. |
