摘    要:本文从营销观的历史演变出发,分析新形势下的企业特别是房地产开发企业的使命,对当前房地产开发营销观的错位现象进行了剖析,以期通过科学的房地产营销观引导房地产开发行为,全面提升房地产开发商的素质和行业的整体开发水平,推动我国房地产开发行业的健康发展.

Abstract:Starting from the historical evolution of marketing concept, the paper analyzes the corporation mission under the new situation, especially the missio n of real estate development corporations. It explores the phenomenon that the p resent marketing concept of the real estate development is confusing. The paper hopes to guide the action of real estate development through scientific marketin g concept, and promote the quality of real estate development from all sides,an d drive healthy growing of real estate development in China.
