绵阳市12岁儿童口腔健康状况调查

目的了解绵阳市12岁儿童口腔健康状况及常见口腔疾病的变化趋势，为有效开展儿童口腔保健工作提供依据。方法参考《第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案》的标准，采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法，对12岁儿童进行口腔疾病患病状况及口腔健康行为的流行病学研究。结果绵阳市12岁儿童恒牙龋齿患病率为31．5％，恒牙龋均为0．62，龋齿充填率为5．9％，牙龈出血检出率为25．3％，牙结石检出率为60．2％。结论绵阳市12岁儿童恒牙龋齿患病率高，充填率较低。应加强龋齿的早期检查和治疗，控制儿童青少年的龋齿发病率，并大力加强农村儿童口腔疾病的预防及治疗工作。

Oral Health Status of 12 -year- old Children in Mianyang

Objective To understand the oral health status of 12 - year - old children and the variation tendency of oral diseases in Mianyang city, so as to provide evidence for children＇ s oral health care. Methods Mul- tistage stratified random sampling method was conducted towards 12 - year - old children in Mianyang and ep- idemiological survey with contents of prevalence of oral diseases and oral heath behaviors were carried out. Results The caries prevalence of permanent teeth was 31.5 % ; the average dental caries of permanent teeth was 0.62, and the rate of filled dental caries was 5.90%. As to the oral diseases, the prevalence of gingi- val hemorrhage reached up to 25.3% and the detection of dental calculi was 60. 2%. Conclusion The prev- alence of dental caries is relatively high and the filling rate, however, is low in Mianyang city. Early detec- tion and treatment should be further strengthened, especially in rural areas.
