汽车主齿轴承压测设备控制系统的设计

摘    要:汽车主减速器装配是汽车整个装配过程中关键的一环,而主锥齿轮部分的装配在主减速器装配过程中又显得非常重要。文章主要介绍了一种新型主齿轴承压测设备的控制系统的设计,并分别从整体结构、机械控制和电气控制等方面作了阐述,最后根据现场调试和使用情况,对所测试的结果作了简要分析。该设备经过客户长时间的使用效果良好,效率高、故障率低,能够较好的满足生产的需要。

Abstract:The assembly of automobile retarder is an important part of the whole of the automobile's assembly,and initiative taper gear's assembly is an important part of the retarder's assembly.This paper introduces a new control system design about initiative gear bearing of the pressing and measuring machine,expatiates from the whole structure,mechanism control and electric control,and briefly analyses the measuring result according to spot debugging and using in the end.This machine has had an excellent effect for user long-playing operation,had finer efficiency and low trouble rate,and preferably satisfied user's demand.
