摘    要:深海巨大的静水压力容易引起管道的局部屈曲失稳。针对外压作用下的深水夹层管复合结构屈曲传播问题,采用ABAQUS非线性有限元软件建立了含初始缺陷下夹层管三维非线性准静态屈曲传播数值模型,得到屈曲传播过程中夹层管的屈曲变形形态,并在此模型基础上针对夹层管屈曲传播性能进行了广泛的参数敏感性分析。计算结果表明:初始缺陷大小主要影响夹层管屈曲失稳压力,而对屈曲传播压力无明显影响;增强夹层管层间粘接特性能够显著提高管道抗变形能力,增大屈曲传播压力;夹层管几何尺寸参数及材料力学特性对夹层管屈曲传播性能有显著影响。研究结果对于石油夹层管道的优化设计具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:The huge hydrostatic pressure in the deep sea always causes local buckling instability on the pipeline.In this paper,ABAQUS,a nonlinear finite element software,is used to establish a 3D numerical,nonlinear,quasi-static buckling propagation model for the sandwich pipeline with initial defects,to simulate the buckling propagation of the composite structure of the sandwich pipeline at external pressure in deep water.The buckling deformation is then obtained.And finally parameter sensitivity analysis is carried out for the buckling propagation characteristics in a broad range.The results show that the initial defect mainly affects the buckling pressure,but has no significant effects on the buckling propagation pressure;enhancing the interlayer bonding can significantly improve the resistance to deformation and increase the buckling propagation pressure;the geometric and mechanical parameters have significant effects on the buckling propagation properties of the sandwich pipeline.The findings are references to designing oil pipelines.
