摘    要:综采工作面切眼用来安装综采支架、刮板输送机、采煤机等设备并从此开始回采,要求切眼的跨度较大、安全可靠。通过分析山阳煤矿1507工作面切眼的地质条件,以自稳隐形拱理论为基础,应用“自稳隐形拱最大高度公式”确定顶锚杆长度、应用“极限自稳隐形拱最大高度公式”确定锚索长度、应用“锚入岩层内深度公式”确定锚索锚固长度,并运用其原理对矩形巷道进行了改进,设计了导硐法掘进的刚柔双层网支护的圆弧角矩形切眼。同时在施工中设置了顶板观测站,监测巷道表面收敛量、顶板离层量及锚杆工作荷载等指标指导施工。从其支护效果和支护方案的合理性方面看,成功实现了切眼可靠支护和安全使用。可为类似条件矿井提供借鉴。

Research on open-off cut support design based on self-stabilized hidden arch theory in Shanyang Coal Mine

Abstract:The open-off cut of fully mechanized mining face is used to install hydraulic support,scraper conveyor,shearer and other equipment and start mining from then on,which requires a large span of the open-off cut.Through the analysis of the geological conditions of open-off cut in No.1507 working face,based on the self-stabilized hidden arch theory,the length of roof bolt was determined by“the maximum height of self-stabilized hidden arch”,the length of anchor cable was determined by“the maximum height of limit self-stabilized hidden arch”,the anchorage length of anchor cable was determined by“the depth of anchoring into rock stratum”,and the tunneling method and supporting scheme were proposed.Monitoring the convergence of the roadway surface,the separation of the roof and the working load of the anchor bolt shows that the support effect of open-off cut is safe and reliable,which can provide reference for the open-off cut support in mines with similar conditions.
