| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨男性型脱发的发病与血清DHT水平的关系。方法：采用全自动增强化学发光免疫分析仪检测血清DHT水平。结果：治疗各时间段的血清DHT水平逐渐下降,疗效升高,且有显著性差异;治疗各时间段的血清T水平无显著性差异;治疗6个月毛发生长明显改善,至12个月时总改善率达89.8%。结论：血清DHT在男性型脱发的发病中起着重要的作用,其水平与临床疗效有较好的相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the relationship between the pathogenesis of male pattern alopecia（MPA） and the serum level of dihydrotestosterone （DHT）.Methods：The serum level of DHT was measured by immunofluorescence technique.Results：In every stage,serum level of DHT in MPA was decreased gradually.There was significant difference,at the same time,the therapeutic effect was raised significantly.There was no significant difference in the serum level of T.The hair was obviously improved after 6 months,and the total improvement rate was 89.8% after 12 months.Conclusion：The serum level of DHT plays an important role in MPA,there is a marked correlation between DHT and therapeutic effect. |
