ZTA纳米复相陶瓷的研究进展

摘    要:介绍了改善Al2O3陶瓷性能的3种方式,综述了ZTA复相纳米陶瓷的主要性能、结构、增韧机理及粉体制备和烧结方式对材料的影响,论述了添加剂和籽晶的引入对降低ZTA陶瓷的烧结温度,改善显微结构和力学性能的研究情况并分析了改善机制,3种改善方式在ZTA陶瓷中能得到综合体现。

Abstract:This paper presented the three ways to improve the properties of Al2O3 ceramics. The mechanical properties, microstructure, mechanisms of strengthening and toughening of ZTA nanocomposites were summarized systematically. And the effects of preparation technology of the nanopowders, sintering means and introduction of additives and seeds on the sintering temperature, mechanical properties and microstructure of ZTA nanocomposites were discussed. Three ways could be reflected synthetically in the ZTA ceramic nanocomposites.
