杜参益肾颗粒抗疲劳药效学研究

摘    要:目的 实验观察杜参益肾颗粒抗疲劳的药理作用.方法 在小鼠缚重游泳模型、常压下小鼠缺氧模型、老龄Wistar大鼠氧化模型和由羟基脲引起的小鼠肾阳虚模型上,分别观察了杜参益肾颗粒抗疲劳的药理作用.结果 实验结果表明,杜参益肾颗粒能显著延长小鼠缚重游泳时间,大剂量组(10g·kg^-1)的平均缚重游泳时间是NS对照组的2倍;在常压钠石灰瓶内,能提高小鼠缺氧耐力,大剂量能明显延长小鼠存活时间(P<0.01),延长存活率为82.5%;能明显增加老龄Wistar大鼠红细胞内SOD的含量,SOD增率为75.6%,显示了较强的抗氧化作用(P<0.01);在小鼠肾阳虚实验中,能有效的对抗由羟基脲引起的小鼠肾阳虚作用,睾丸和副性器官的重量明显增加,并显著提高肾阳虚小鼠和正常大鼠血清睾丸酮的含量.结论 杜参益肾颗粒具有抗疲劳、耐缺氧、抗氧化、抗肾阳虚作用,是一种有效的抗疲劳中药新药复方制剂.

Abstract:Aim To demonstrate the antifatigue effect of Tushen Yishen Keli (DYK). Methods The antifatigue effect of DYK was investigated in a swimming model of weight loading mice, hypoxia model of mice in normal pressure, oxidation model of old Wister rats and kidney-YANG asthenia model of mice, respectively. Results Swim- ming durations of weight loading mice were prolonged significantly by DYK. The average swimming duration of the high dosage group( 10g·kg^-1 ) doubled compared to that of the saline group. The hypoxia endurance of mice in the normal pressure natrica calx container was also enhanced, with livability of the DYK gruop prolonged by 82.5 %. In the oxidation model of old Wister rats, the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in akaryocytes and serum testosterone levels of rats in DYK group were elevated. Testicle and accessory sex organ weights as well as serum testosterone levels of renal yang void mice also increased compared to those of control group in kidney-YANG deficiency experiment of mice. Conclusion DYK is a compound preparation of Chinese medicinal herb effective for antifatigue, antioxidation and invigorating kidney yang.
