泵浦波长对掺Yb3+双包层光纤激光器的影响

摘    要:通过求解速率方程,得到了线形腔掺Yb^3 双包层光纤激光器输出光功率、泵浦阈值、斜率效率的表达式,分析了泵浦波长对激光器性能的影响。采用线形腔结构,研制了掺Yb^3 双包层光纤激光器,用不同波长的半导体激光器列阵做泵浦源进行了实验研究,理论与实验基本吻合。

Abstract:By solving rate equations,the expressions of output power,threshold pump power and slope efficiency of linear cavity Yb 3+ -doped double-clad high power fiber laser are obtained.The effect of pump wavelength on characteistics of fiber laser is discussed.A Yb 3+ -doped double-clad fiber laser with Fabry-Perot cavity is developed.When it is pumped by two semiconductor lasers with different wavelength,the experimental results of pump wavelength affecting fiber laser characteristics are obtained,which are in accord with theory.
