| 摘 要： | 在较大孔径放大系数(＞4)的情况下,结合实验结果,从拼接模式、被测面形、测量误差和不同孔径放大系数的角度出发,分析了各种因素对目标函数拼接技术精度的影响,为高精度检测和控制大口径光学元件表面面形(波前)提供了依据.
