摘    要: 厚皮香大孢子与雌配子体形成特征首次报道如下:双珠被,薄珠心,珠孔为内珠被构成,弯生胚珠,有珠被绒毡层;大孢子孢原细胞在直接发育为大孢子母细胞,大孢子母细胞减数分裂正常,四分体直线型;功能大孢子为合点端的一个单孢子,胚囊发育类型为蓼型;成熟胚囊中卵器发育正常并分化明显,两极核在胚囊发育后期融合为一次生核;成熟胚囊包括卵器,一个中央细胞,反足细胞与珠心核在胚囊初期存在而最终消失解体.笔者初步探讨了厚皮香亚科5属的比较胚胎学特征及其系统演化.

Abstract:The thesis have reported firstly the embryological charactercampylotropous,and there are endothelium Without hypostase.micropyle is long,formed by inner integument only.The one megaspore archesporial under the nucellar epidermal cell differentiate directly into megaspore mother cell,the meiosis of megaspore mother cell are nomally.The megaspore tetrad is linear,but only the megaspore near thechalazal end remain The formation of embryo sac is Polygonum type.The development of egg apparatus are normally and differentiate clearly,the two polar nucleus of the central cell fused into a secondary nucleus lately.The mature embryo sac contain an egg apparatus,a central cell,many spherical crystalline body liked starch grains.the antipodal cells and many nucellar cell remain firstly and disappeared at last.Embryological features in Ternstroemiodeae are of systematic significance to some extent.
