厚皮香大孢子发生与雌配子体形成

 厚皮香大孢子与雌配子体形成特征首次报道如下:双珠被,薄珠心,珠孔为内珠被构成,弯生胚珠,有珠被绒毡层;大孢子孢原细胞在直接发育为大孢子母细胞,大孢子母细胞减数分裂正常,四分体直线型;功能大孢子为合点端的一个单孢子,胚囊发育类型为蓼型;成熟胚囊中卵器发育正常并分化明显,两极核在胚囊发育后期融合为一次生核;成熟胚囊包括卵器,一个中央细胞,反足细胞与珠心核在胚囊初期存在而最终消失解体.笔者初步探讨了厚皮香亚科5属的比较胚胎学特征及其系统演化.
